Social media can be a wonderful way to stay in touch with family and friends, but it’s not the same as being there, is it? Reading a plea for money via Facebook, Twitter or even a blog like this can be easily ignored. But please don’t.
The Huntington’s Hope Scholarship Fund raises money to help with post-secondary education for the children of parents with Huntington’s disease. These are real people with real stories and real needs. Please take time to learn more about Huntington’s disease and the financial impact it can have on young families – often at a time when children are preparing to enroll in colleges and universities.
The best – and the easiest – way to help is simply to donate money. Donations of $5, $10 and $20 add up quickly and provide a solid foundation for the Huntington’s Hope Scholarship Fund. Please give today and give generously.
